- Tammy Rosiek, British Columbia Canada. I have been doing fitnes competiton for 5 years. Winning 2 Canadian titles and averaging top 3 in many shows. A trainer of fitness athletes, Choreographer, Personal Trainer and a Fitness World sponsored athlete. - I love fitness competition and training athletes for stage. It's rewarding for myself to change the lives of others in a positive way every day. I'm passionate about choregraphing routines as it allows me to show my creative/artistic side. This isn't work for me...it's doing what come natural. I have a place in my heart for animals, having 3 dogs of my own (Maggie/Sadie/Ben), one day I will have a animal rescue. We are responsible for our destination in life. My drive, loyalty, honesty has brought me to a very good place today. When you can say to yourself you like/love who you are, you have it beat and the rest will all fall into place. Believe in yourself. Stepping foot on stage makes you a true winner and from here you can achieve anything you want in life. Looking forward to Fitness Competition in 2009. Best wishes to all of you!

- Competition teaches you discipline, focus and unbelievable body transformation. I love the fitness rouitne, choreographing the routine, creating the costume all the artistic side of preparing. I'm passionate about performing and entertaining the crowd. Won 2 Canadian titles, Pro-Statis.

- If you decide to do fitness competiiton, hire the appropriate people to guide you...this way you can focus on being the athlete. If you want something bad enough you just have to do the application.

- I want to share my experiences with others and help others achieve in there health and wellness goals. Being a natural competitor, I want to influence others that this is achievable.
