Hi everybody! Welcome on my page.
I am originally from Ivory Coast, Africa. We are known to be very strong, hot blooded, eat a lot of rice and have big calves lol, lol....and if I speak for myself, it is all true!....
All About Me: (eg. interests, family, philosophy)
I really love what I do! For those who don't know me yet, I am a personal trainer specialized in maximizing results for competing athletes and regular people wanting extreme results.

*I believe if you don't see dramatic changes within less then 2 months of training/dieting...your trainer and you aren't a good match....and he or she
is there strictly for your money.

*I believe you should eat healthy at all time.

*I believe natural is the way to go. And that you can achieve the exact same results, even better without drugs if your trainer knows what he's doing.

*I know anyone can have their dream body if they truly wish to and are willing to do what it takes.

*I know there is a beautiful champion in each of you and I know exactly how to release it and make it shine.

My Body Proud Goals:
I love beauty and strength. But more then anything I love challenges.
I believe this is what got me into this to begin with, back in 2003.
First of all was the desire to prove myself I could have what was my idea of a perfect body.

Then was the desire to understand the body in each aspects, variation and particularities in order to be able to control it in a good way.

When I create a body (because it is a creation personalized to each individual's structure, strengths and weaknesses) I find divine inspiration in our conception of what gods and goddesses bodies were like.
And these are the bodies I am wanting to share and give to my students.

I will continue to train my entire life, fallowing Ruby's example and so may more FAME Master & Grand Master athletes.

I will continue to add as many ''options'' to my muscle structure as I can and I will do the same with my athletes...Until I can maybe even some day, create muscles that were never seen before on a human kinds body in our times...ha hahhh....don't you dare giving me this challenge...lol,lol
My 'Story' (eg. transformation, motivation)
First of all: It ain't just genetics and being black doesn't mean we were born with abs.
Now that being said, I trained hard like all of you guys to get where I am. So hard in the desire to win my own battle that I would even get sick sometime in between sets because I was pushing myself too hard so I don't want to hear you procrastinate to try to justify your defeat.

To be honest I am more proud of my athletes achievements then my own.
I am very happy with Nadja Scantamburlo's fast climb to the top I am getting her ready for more and more success to come.

If you've already competed, what do you love about it? What motivates you to keep going? Accomplishments? Level?
Recent victory @ Fame North American Championship, Miami 2008;
1st Muscle Model (yes...that's right, I got my Pro card now!)

After wining Heavy Weights and Overall years and years ago, I thought I'd never come back to the stage but Fame is different.
I love their philosophy and I am competing mainly to encourage my competing athletes to get on stage. By doing it with them it shoes them that it is more doable as I am going through the same process they have to go through.

Doing so I realized that I was an inspiration for many more competitors around the world which is a fantastic addition.

Plus my next show will be in my home town, I have to represent and bring
what I have best in me to show how great we are here in Montreal!
